Every three years, the EHRC must publish a report that demonstrates how far society is making progress in equality, good relations and human rights. The aim of the 'Triennial Review' is to highlight critical issues that society is currently facing, which will help set the agenda for future EHRC work.

The next Review will be published October 2010. They are looking for real life examples and illustrations of discrimination and the effects on people's lives.

The Call for Evidence runs from 26 October to 15 January. You can answer questions online; download a word document and post it back; phone or meet the EHRC face-to-face. For more information go to http://www.equalityhumanrights.com/fairer-britain/triennial-review/call-for-evidence
