The symptoms of Tourette Syndrome are commonly misunderstood and can cause people to get into difficult situations, whether that be with employers, service providers, the general public or with the Criminal Justice System.
The aim of the conference is to help people with Tourette Syndrome to get information about their rights and advice on how to deal with difficult situations that may arise.
Topics will include:
- Dealing with the Criminal Justice System
- Employment Tribunals
- Your rights as a consumer
Ticket Prices:
Tickets purchased before 31 May 2009 are priced at £15 per person.
From 01 June 2009, the cost will be £17.50 per person (included in the ticket price are refreshments which will be served upon arrival and in the afternoon break).
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no children's session at this event. These presentations will not be suitable for people under the age of 16. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance for younger people.
