CONGRATULATIONS TO:  Mike Burden, a firefighter from Barnstaple, who with three colleagues completed a ride from John O'Groats to Lands End in aid of Tourettes Action, Motor Neurone and the Firefighters Charity. It took 13 days to cover the 939 miles and they rode for 60 hours in total. Donate here.
